£20 deposits is required to secure all bookings, this deposit is non-refundable however can be transferred to another appointment date if a minimum of 48 hours notice has been given.

If you have given less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be invalid and you will need to pay a new deposit in order to rebook.

Please arrive promptly, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your deposit will be invalid.

Please arrive to all facial treatment appointments witn no makeup on and the skin clean and dry.

The SS Aesthetics Ltd adopts a no refunds or exchange policy under any circumstances on all treatment packages and courses. Deposits are also non refundable or transferable, when purchasing any of our treatments or training courses. You are stating that you abide by this.

Any Dermaquest or Hush and Hush products purchased from our online shop is non refundable. If there is any issues with the product contact us vie email within 3 days from the day it arrived with proof of picture.
